With over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, we are dedicated to supporting meaningful growth while honoring the individuality, strengths, and unique needs of every child we serve. Our approach focuses on building trusting relationships, collaborating closely with families, and creating supportive environments where children can thrive across home, school, and community settings.

Our passion for this work is deeply personal. Growing up with a neurodivergent sister inspired the foundation of our practice and continues to shape the way we approach care — with empathy, respect, patience, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, individualized support for every family.

Our clinical experience includes working across a wide range of settings, including behavioral stabilization programs, early intervention, in-home therapy, school settings, and group home environments. We also have extensive experience training and mentoring behavioral staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting caregivers and educators through individualized, practical strategies that promote long-term success and meaningful outcomes
